NOPE is a subscription app that supports quitting smoking: a personalized taper plan, craving tools, progress tracking, and daily AI-generated affirmations. It provides behavioral support only — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a health professional for medical questions.
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 to use NOPE. You can delete your account at any time in the app (More → Danger zone → Delete account).
Don't abuse the service: no attempting to break authentication, scrape or overload the API, resell access, or use the affirmation AI for anything other than its in-app purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.
Journal notes and profile details are yours. You give us only the license needed to store and process them to run the service (see the Privacy Policy).
NOPE is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bit Microsystems LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
